Refund policy
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The below provided return policy forms a part of the agreement valid for both you (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and UAB DECORATUS, company code 302281588, registered address Metalistų g. 10, LT-78151 Šiauliai (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). According to this agreement, you have the right to return goods (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) or receive a refund for services related to the goods (hereinafter referred to as the Services) purchased on the website www.decoratus.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store).
II. RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS
2.1. The return of sold, suitable quality goods is possible only in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of June 29, 2001, No. 217 "On Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods", except in cases where the contract cannot be terminated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account. You are responsible for the expenses of returning the goods (money for the return postage expenses is not refunded).
2.2. UAB DECORATUS unilaterally reserves the right to deduct an additional discount amount from the amount to be refunded to the customer if the customer used an additional offer discount and later canceled (returned) at least one quality item from the offer to which the discount was applied.
III. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING QUALITY GOODS
3.1. When returning goods, the Buyer must adhere to these conditions:
3.1.1. The returned item must be in its original undamaged packaging;
3.1.2. The item must be undamaged by the Buyer;
3.1.3. The item must be unused, maintaining its commercial appearance (unaltered labels, protective films intact, etc.) (this point does not apply in cases of returning defective goods);
3.1.4. The returned item must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
3.1.5. When returning the item, the purchase document must be provided.
3.1.6. The item must be returned within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
3.1.7. The return of quality goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer. The customer sends back the returned goods.
3.1.8. The Buyer undertakes to properly and securely package the transported goods. UAB DECORATUS shall not be liable for any damage incurred during the transportation of improperly packaged returned goods.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right not to accept the Buyer's returned goods if the Buyer does not adhere to the "CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING QUALITY GOODS" specified in the item for the return of goods.
3.3. Quality goods must be delivered to the address: Metalistų g. 10, LT-78151 Šiauliai.
IV. PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING QUALITY GOODS
4.1. To return the item(s) based on the "RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS" Rules, the Buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. This can be done in several ways: by filling out and sending the special goods return form to the Seller <here>, logging into the customer account and clicking the "Return" button in the order window, or by email to distribution@decoratus.lt.
4.1.1. The form must specify: buyer's name, invoice number and date, item name, and attach a photo of the item's label.
4.1.2. The form must contain accurate and valid information. Failure to provide such information, failure to fill out or sign the form will result in rejection of the claim.
4.1.3. The goods return form must be properly sent to distribution@decoratus.lt, and customer service specialists will contact you (within 2 working days). The subject of the email must state "Goods Return".
4.1.4. Money will be refunded to the bank account no later than within 20 working days, counting from the day the goods are returned to the warehouse.
V. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
5.1. When returning the wrong item received and/or defective item, the Seller undertakes to collect such items and replace them with suitable similar items.
5.2. The return and/or exchange of defective goods are free of charge.
5.3. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable replacement items, the Buyer will be refunded the paid amount within 10 working days, excluding the delivery cost.
VI. PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING DEFECTIVE GOODS
6.1. In case the reason for returning the goods is poor quality, UAB DECORATUS undertakes to replace the defective item with a suitable quality item at its own expense or refund the money paid for the item.
6.2. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable replacement items, the Buyer will be refunded the paid amount within 10 working days, excluding the delivery cost.
6.3. If it is determined that the item was damaged due to the Buyer's fault, the item will be returned to the Buyer only after paying the return, reshipment, and item quality assessment expenses, if any.
VII. EXCEPTIONS TO GOODS RETURN
7.1. The goods return procedure does not apply to:
7.1.1. Legal entities;
7.1.2. Products with individual customer modifications;
7.1.3. Individually ordered items;
7.1.4. Items that have been damaged by the customer;
7.1.5. Items that do not meet the above-mentioned return standards (damaged appearance, signs of use or wear);
7.1.6. Items eligible for return after the 14-day return period (however, this applies when the items not meeting the return requirements are defective);
VIII. COMPLAINTS
8.1. In case of any disputes or disagreements regarding the goods or services purchased on our online store, they are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
